Decodify™ Shipping & Handling Policy

Shipping & Handling Fee

A flat $125.Shipping & Handling (S&H) fee per kit applies to all Decodify™ orders. Each complete Decodify™ kit weighs approximately 27 pounds and requires secure packaging, insured transport, and heavy-parcel handling procedures. The per-kit S&H fee ensures consistent and predictable service across all U.S. regions.

Shipping Methods

Individual Orders
Individual kits ship via UPS or FedEx Ground with full tracking and insurance.
Expedited shipping is available upon request and may include an additional charge.

Large School or District Orders

Orders of 10 kits or more are automatically palletized and shipped via freight (LTL) through national freight carriers. Palletized freight delivery is included at no additional cost beyond the standard $125.per kit S&H fee.

Residential or Alternative Addresses

Residential delivery is available. Standard S&H rates apply.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Transit Time: 14–21 business days within the continental U.S.
Freight Delivery: 14–21 business days, depending on location and carrier

Tracking information is provided for all shipments upon dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

All shipments are insured. If your kit arrives damaged, please contact info@decodifylearning.com within 5 days of delivery, and include photos of the packaging and materials. Please read the Decodify™ Refund, Return, and Damage Replacement Policy.

International Shipping

International orders are available by request. Shipping costs vary by destination and carrier. Email info@decodifylearning.com for a custom quote.
