Digital Teacher Toolkit License Terms

1. License Overview

The Digital Teacher Toolkit License (“License”) grants the purchasing school permission to access and download Toolkit materials for instructional use. It is non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited to one school site, and time-limited (3 years unless otherwise stated).

2. Login Credentials

Each licensed school will have its own unique login and password. These may not be shared outside the licensed school.

3. Permitted Use

Schools may download Toolkit files, share internally among teachers, print materials, and use them for instruction.

4. Prohibited Use

Schools may NOT share login credentials externally, upload Toolkit files to public platforms or shared drives, reproduce Toolkit materials for external distribution, modify Toolkit content to create new products, or use materials after the License expires.

5. Ownership

Toolkit materials—including PDFs, data trackers, observation sheets, and implementation guides—are owned by Decodify LLC.

6. Support & Access

Active License holders receive updated Toolkit materials and email support.

7. Term & Expiration

Access begins when the License is issued. Upon expiration, access will be removed unless renewed.

8. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once access is granted.
