Decodify™ Refund, Return, and Damage Replacement Policy

Returns & Refunds

All Decodify™ purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of printed instructional materials and the weight of each kit (approximately 27 lbs), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped.

This policy aligns with industry standards for instructional materials and ensures product integrity, safety, and consistent quality for all customers.

Damage or Defects

Each Decodify™ kit is securely packed in rigid tuck boxes and a rigid master box, then placed inside a protective shipping carton. While damage during transit is rare, all shipments are insured.

If your shipment arrives with significant damage that affects the materials' usability (e.g., a crushed master box, torn cards, or missing decks), we will replace the affected components at no cost.

Minor cosmetic imperfections on the outer shipping carton do not constitute damage.

To report a damaged shipment, contact support@decodifylearning.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of:
• the outer shipping carton
• the master box
• the affected contents

We will resolve the issue promptly.
