Decodify™ is a supplemental structured literacy toolkit aligned with the Science of Reading and intended for Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and special education interventions. Decodify LLC retains copyright and trademark ownership of all instructional materials, packaging, digital tools, and brand elements.

2. Privacy Summary for Districts

Decodify LLC does not collect, store, or process any student data. The Decodify™ website collects only voluntarily submitted information from educators or district personnel (such as name, email, and school) through forms or purchases. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, and Decodify LLC does not store or access credit card information.

3. Terms of Use Summary

Districts and educators may use Decodify™ materials for instructional purposes within the licensed school. All materials remain the intellectual property of Decodify LLC and may not be publicly redistributed, uploaded, altered, or used to create derivative programs.

4. Digital Teacher Toolkit License Summary

Each licensed school receives access to the Decodify™ Digital Teacher Toolkit for a three-year term. A single login is provided per school. Materials may be shared internally among staff, but may not be distributed externally or uploaded to public platforms or districtwide shared drives.
